摘要
胃瘫又称术后胃瘫综合征,也可由多种基础疾病引起,例如中枢病变,风湿性疾病,代谢性疾病等。胃瘫的治疗西医主要依赖促胃动力药物。近年来,中医疗法在治疗胃瘫中取得了很大进展。方法:有中药治疗、针灸治疗、耳穴治疗、药物联合温针灸治疗等方法,疗效显著。本文就中医疗法治疗胃瘫的进展作一综述。
Gastroparesis, also known as surgery syndrome, could be caused by a variety of underlying diseases ,For example, central lesions, rheumatic diseases .metabolic diseases.etc. Western medicine＇s treatment of gastroparesis depended on prokinetic drugs. In recent years, traditional chinese medicine treatments had maken great progress and significant effect in the treatment of gastroparesis, such as, chinese medicine treatment, acupuncture therapy, auricular therapy, the drug combination temperature Acupuncture treatment methods. In this paper, a summary of the progress of chinese medicine treatment of gastroparesis.
