高校新建校区校园环境和基础设施建设规模空前,办学条件得到很大改善,但校园文化氛围缺失,介绍了校园规划建设是高校新建校区文化建设的物质载体,对高校新建校区校园文化的缺失进行了分析,阐述了抓好高校新建校区的规划建设,营造良好的校园文化氛围的对策。

The scale of new campus environment construction and infrastructure construction is very large and school conditions have been greatly improved. However, campus culture is missing. This paper introduced that campus planning and construction is the material carrier of new cam- pus culture construction, and the absence of new campus culture was analyzed. This paper elaborated countermeasures how to do good planning and construction of new campus and create a good cultural atmosphere.
