摘要
对现代住宅区规划设计方案进行了探讨,并结合实例进行了分析研究,提出了住宅规划设计应重点解决功能适应性、住宅安全性等问题,对住宅规划设计具有一定参考作用。
The paper explores the planning design scheme for modern residential areas, undertakes the analysis and study by combining with ex- amples, and points out some attentive problems to be solved, including the function adaptability and residential safety, in the residential planning design, so as to provide some reference for residential planning design.
