桥面铺装用环氧防水粘结层使用性能研究

摘要 对不同环氧树脂(撒碎石)层数、不同碎石粒径的环氧下封层进行剪切试验和拉拔试验,研究环氧下封层与桥面及沥青混凝土铺装层间的抗剪、粘结工作机理,研究结果表明:双层环氧树脂较单层环氧树脂具有更大的抗剪强度和粘结强度,环氧下封层可以抵抗沥青混凝土高温施工过程中的短期破坏。 Shear test and pull-off test were made for the epoxy seal with different epoxy resin layer and particle size in the paper, and it also studied the anti-shear and bonding mechanisms of the epoxy seal with bridge deck and asphalt concrete pavement layers, the results showed that the double-layer epoxy resin had bigger anti-shear strength and bond strength than single-layer epoxy resin, epoxy seal could resisit the short-term damage of asphalt concrete during the construction.
