The Practical Substance of WANG Yang-ming's Philosophy——Focused on the Thesis of Syncretism of Knowledge and Action

"知行合一"说是王阳明哲学的核心命题之一,在中国哲学史上有其文本来源。王阳明"知行合一"之说表现为不同内涵层面,具有极其明显的实践性特征,本质上是一种"实践哲学",而与所谓"主观唯心主义"无涉。

Taking the thesis of ＂syncretism of knowledge and action＂ as the main topic,this article traces back to the different textual materials embodied in the history of Chinese philosophy by which the author has shown us the development of the thesis.By delicate multidimensional analyses and interpretation of the structural depth of the syncretism of knowledge and action,the author suggests that WANG Yang-ming’s philosophy has extremely explicit features of practice,which has determined his philosophy as a practical philosophy and has nothing to do with the so-called idealism of subjectivism in nature.
