浅谈实验技术人员的人文素养

Introduction to Humanistic Quality of Lab Technician

随着当代社会对人全面发展的要求,越来越多的人开始认识到提高人的综合素养的重要性。高校公共平台的实验技术人员主要是服务科研的团队,除应具备扎实的专业技能外,还应具备良好的人文素养,才能更好地履行服务的职责。本文通过对人文素养的涵义的分析理解,探讨了医学院公共平台的实验技术人员人文素养的现状,并提出了改变这些现状的必要性及提升实验技术人员人文素养的策略。

With the requirements of the comprehensive development of people in the contemporary society, more and more people are beginning to recognize the importance of improving the comprehensive quality. Lab technicians of core facilities, who are servicing research, should have a good humanistic quality for their responsibilities of the service, besides specialized skills. In this paper, we had explored the status of lab technician＇s humanistic quality by analyzing the meaning of humanistic quality. Furthermore, we had suggested the methods that how to change the status above and how to improve the humanistic quality of lab technicians.
