科技型人才聚集中的知识扩散研究

On the Effect of Knowledge Diffusion in Science and Technology Talent Aggregation

知识扩散是影响科技型人才聚集效应产生和区域经济发展的关键因素之一。本文在分析科技型人才聚集和知识扩散的基础上,构建出影响科技型人才聚集中知识扩散的指标体系,并建立相应的知识扩散场模型,认为通过适当提高要素值可增强科技型人才聚集中的知识扩散效果,且发现该扩散效果存在着"类周期"式增长规律,为促进科技型人才聚集下知识的有效扩散与利用提供了一定的理论依据。

Knowledge diffusion is one of the key factors that influence the effect of science and technology talent accumulation and the regional economic development. Based on the analysis of the science and technology talent aggregation and knowledge diffusion, this pa- per has determined the index system which effects the knowledge diffusion in science and technology talent aggregation, established the appropriate model of knowledge diffusion field, and analyzed it. The research claims that it would enhance the knowledge diffusion effects through increasing the value of factors advisably and there must be an intimate-period discipline in the effects of the knowledge diffusion. The results provide some theoretical basis for knowledge effective diffusion and utilization in the science and technology talent aggregation.
