中国OFDI逆向技术溢出效应对国内技术进步影响的实证研究

The Empirial Study of the Impact on the Domestic Technology Progress by Reverse Technology Spillover Effect of China's OFDI

本文利用1990—2010年OFDI存量数据,参照CH模型构建国际R&D溢出回归模型,分析OFDI逆向技术溢出效应对国内技术进步的推动作用。结果发现,OFDI对国内技术进步具有积极的促进作用。在假定其他变量不变的情况下,对外直接投资存量每增加10%,全要素生产率就会增长1‰,但存在时间上的滞后效应,即国外先进技术逆向溢出有利于提高国内的生产率、产品的技术含量和实现产业链向高端延伸。

In the paper, we references CH model to build international R＆D spillover regression model, then selectes China＇s OFDI stock data from 1990 to 2010, and analyzes the positive role of OFDI reverse technology spillover effect on domestic technology pro-gress. The results showed that OFDI has a positive effect in promoting the progress of domestic technology. On the assumption that the other variable remaines unchanged, foreign direct investment stock every increases by 10%, the total factor productivity will increase 1%0. But then time lag effect exists. That is to say, the foreign advanced technology will reverse overflow to China domestic, and reform China＇s traditional industries.
