大鼠吸入氯气后肺表面活性物质相关蛋白-A表达变化

Changes on pulmonary surfactant associated protein A expression in chlorine-inhaled rats

摘要 取40只雄性SD大鼠随机分为1个对照组和4个不同浓度的氯气染毒组,染毒10min,6h后行血气分析,取肺组织测湿干重比(W/D)和病理切片观察,ELISA法测支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)和血清SP-A蛋白表达水平,RT-PCR法测肺组织SP-A mRNA相对表达。与对照组相比,各染毒组大鼠BALF中SP-A蛋白和肺组织SP-A mRNA水平均有降低,血清SP-A蛋白水平升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果提示SP-A表达改变可能是大鼠吸入氯气后急性肺损伤(ALI)重要的发病机制之一。
