Proved Cases of Skin Disease Treated by Regulating Blood Disorder for Treating Wind Disorder

目的:总结以治血为主、疏风为辅治疗血虚风燥型皮肤病经验。方法:以医案形式阐述证属血虚风燥证之银屑病、荨麻疹、湿疹的病因病机、治法、方药。结果:养血和血为主,治疗血虚风燥型皮肤病,获得了理想效果。结论:以当归饮子为主方,治疗血虚风燥型皮肤病,疗效满意,可体现"治风先治血,血行风自灭"之法则。

Objective：To summarize ZHOU Baokuan＇s clinical experience on skin disease which belongs to blood deficiency and wind dryness by the methods that treating blood is main and treating blood is auxiliary.Methods ： The principles, methods, formulae and medicinals of psoriasis, urticaria, eczema were discussed based on medical records. Result： It obtains the desired effect that skin disease which belongs to blood deficiency and wind dryness is treated by the methods of nourishing blood and harmonizing blood. Conclusions ： Dihuang Yinzi decoction has good effect on skin disease which belongs to blood deficiency and wind dryness, it shows the principle that wind should be treated by regulating blood disorder.
