Determination of Tetrandrine in Fengtongning Granules by HPLC

目的：建立风痛宁颗粒中粉防己碱的含量测定方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法测定风痛宁颗粒中粉防己碱的含量。流动相为甲醇-0.3%二乙胺（80∶20）;流速：1 mL.min-1,柱温：室温;检测波长：280 nm。结果：粉防己碱进样量在0.0314~0.3765μg范围内线性关系良好（r2=0.9995）,平均加样回收率为102.38%,RSD为0.76%。结论：采用高效液相色谱法测定粉防己碱含量,方法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Objective ： To establish a method for the determination of Tetrandrine in Fengtonguing granules. Methods：The analysis was performed with ODS column. The mobile phase was methanol -0.3% diethylamine （ 80 ： 20 ）. The wavelength of the detector was 280 nm. Results ： The linear range of Tetrandrine was 0.0314-0.3765 pL g （r2=0.9995）. The average recoveries of Tetrandrine was 102.38%, with the RSD of 0.76%. Conclusion ： The method is simple, rapid and accurate by HPLC. It is suitable for the quality control of Fengtongning granules.
