摘要
肥胖型糖尿病的手术治疗,是在传统饮食、运动及药物疗法不理想的情况下的治疗措施,手术临床疗效显著,但具体作用机制尚未阐明,作者试从中医角度对手术的作用机制进行理论探讨。
Surgical treatment for obesity-diabetes is the curemeasure when the traditional therapy of dietary advice, exercise plus the use of generic drugs is not ideal. The surgical operation has showed marked clinical effect, but the specific mechanism of action has not been clarified. The author tries to do theoretical investigation on the operation mechanism according to TCM theory.
