药流后阴道出血不同辨证分型的超声表现分析

Analysis of Ultrasonic Manifestation in Different Syndrome Differentiation Types of Vaginal Bleeding

目的:探讨药流后阴道出血不同辨证分型的超声表现特点及临床价值。方法:160例不同辨证分型的药流后阴道出血病例行经腹及经阴彩色多普勒超声检查,分析其声像图特点。结果:不同辨证分型的药流后阴道出血病例超声表现不同。结论:超声检查对药物流产后阴道出血辨证分型具有参考价值。

Objective： To explore the ultrasound features and clinical value in different syndrome differentiation types of vaginal bleeding. Methods ： 160 cases with different syndrome differentiation types of vaginal bleeding were selected. All of the cases were examined by transabdominal and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound to analyze the ultrasonographic features. Results ： Cases of different syndrome differentiation of vaginal bleeding had different ultrasonographic manifestations. Conclusions ： Ultrasonic examination has reference value on syndrome differentiation of vaginal hemorrhage after drug abortion.
