摘要
当前病案管理中存在病案质量、病案管理等问题,病案工作者应该转变思想,主动服务,主动服务病案管理是医院管理的重要组成部分,病案也是处理医疗纠纷的重要依据,如何搞好医患关系、处理好因病案存在问题所引发的医疗矛盾和医疗纠纷,和谐医患关系是当前病案管理人员应该值得思考的问题。创新管理方式,变革服务理念,改进病案管理流程,为患者及家属提供病案管理中的优质服务项目,从而达到医患和谐、社会和谐。
Current medical record management has problems in medical record quality, medical record management and other issues. Medical workers should change idea to provide service actively. Active service medical record management is an important component of hospital management, and medical record is the important basis for handling medical disputes. How to do well with the doctor-patient relationship, medical record deal due to problems caused by medical contradiction and medical disputes, harmonious doctor- patient relationship is the current medical record management question. Management innovation, service concept change, improving the medical record management process, all these can provide service projects for the patients and their medical records management, so as to achieve a harmonious doctor-patient relationship as well as social harmony.
