摘要
文章主要利用市场营销学中的7Ps营销理论在药学服务中的应用进行阐述,使医院全体人员在工作中树立营销的理念,从而促使医院有效开展药学服务,提高患者对医院满意度,推动医院发展。
This paper mainly used the 7ps marketing theory of marketing in the application of pharmaceutical care to carry on the elaboration, to effectively develop hospital pharmaceutical service, to improve patients' satisfaction to the hospital, and to promote the development of hospital.
