输血相关急性肺损伤的研究进展 被引量：7

摘要 输血相关急性肺损伤（transfusion-relatedacutelungin—jury，TRALI）是指输入富含血浆的血液制品后出现的急性呼吸窘迫症状。目前，输血相关非传染性疾病已经成为受血者面临的主要风险，其中TRALI已经成为输血相关死亡的主要原因。本文对TRALI的研究进展作一综述。
