摘要
2011年3月至2012年2月对新安江水库表层水有色溶解有机质(CDOM)浓度的时空分布进行了研究。利用XRX-620快速多参数水质剖面仪测定和统计分析得到新安江水库表层水CDOM浓度在4个样点上的月变化,结果显示表层水CDOM浓度在春季明显高于其他季节,夏初表层水CDOM浓度为全年最低,上游至下游浓度逐渐降低。CDOM浓度与叶绿素a浓度无显著正相关关系,表明新安江水库表层水CDOM的主要来源是陆源。
Colored dissolved organic matter(CDOM) plays an important optical role in the aquatic ecosystem.The research focused on the spatial and temporal distribution of the concentration of CDOM in the superficial water of Xinanjiang Reservoir,which was from March,2011 to February,2012.The instrument measurements and statistical analysis showed the monthly variation of the concentration of CDOM in the superficial water of four cites in Xinanjiang Reservoir.The results suggested a tendency that the concentration of CDOM was higher in the upstream and spring than downstream and other seasons,and no significant positive correlation was found between the concentration of CDOM and chlorophyll-a,which implies the CDOM in the superficial water of Xinanjiang Reservoir is mainly terrigenous.
