摘要
2009年10月至2010年10月,对辽宁省大连市庄河地区3口刺参(Stichopus japonicus)养殖池塘的氮(N)、磷(P)、硅(Si)营养盐进行了初步调查。结果表明,3口池塘全年平均总溶解无机氮(DIN)浓度为17.36μmol/L,硝酸盐(NO-3-N)与DIN的变化趋势基本一致,年均值为12.61μmol/L,亚硝酸盐(NO-2-N)年均值为1.61μmol/L,氨氮(NH+4-N)年均值为3.14μmol/L,磷酸盐(PO-34-P)与硅酸盐(SiO-23-Si)年均值分别为0.40μmol/L和19.76μmol/L。氮磷比(N/P)年均值为61.41,其中冬季和春季明显高于其它季节。硅氮比(Si/N)年均值为2.08,冬季和春季均小于1,其他季节均大于1;硅磷比(Si/P)年均值为50.12。3口刺参池塘各项指标差异不大,变化趋势基本一致。
The nutrients(N,P,Si)of Stichopus japonicus pond were investigated from Oct.2009 to Oct.2010 in Zhuanghe Liaoning Province.The results showed that the average concentration of DIN in the three ponds was 17.36 μmol/L;The change of nitrate nitrogen was the same as DIN while the mean value was 12.61 μmol/L;The average nitritenitrogen was 1.61 μmol/L;The average ammonia-nitrogen o was 3.14 μmol/L;The mean values of phosphate and silicate were 0.40 μmol/L,19.76 μmol/L,respectively.The average(N/P)was 61.41,the data of winter and spring was higher than the other seasons;The average(Si/N)was 2.08,the(Si/N)of winter and spring was less than 1,while more than 1 in the other seasons;The average(Si/P)was 50.12.The change of data were consistent in the three ponds.
