非线性蛇簧联轴器冲击响应的数值分析 被引量:2

摘要 根据非线性蛇簧联轴器毂齿定形理论,对其进行了几何实体建模。在ANSYS/LS-DYNA中建立了非线性蛇簧联轴器的有限元模型,对主动轴毂内圈刚体施加转速,从动轴毂内圈节点组施加负载转矩,实现了非线性蛇簧联轴器冲击数值仿真,得到其各部分应力分布云图和动态响应,并对结果进行了相应分析。分析得出冲击力作用下非线性蛇簧联轴器应力集中区,各部分冲击力值以及整体冲击力大小、振动强度、冲击时间与冲击转速和负载转矩之间的关系。 Based on the hub teeth amorphous theory of Nonlinear Grid Coupling (NGC), the entity geometry model was established. Firstly, the finite element modle of NGC was constructed by ANSYS/LS - DYNA. Then, the inner ring rigid body of active hub was exerted with rotational speed and the inner ring node group of driven hub was applied with load torque. After that the impact of numerical simulation of NGC was realized and the stress contours of each part and dynamic response of NGP were obtained. At last, the results were analyzed. From the analysis , the stress concentration zone of the NGP and the impact value of each part under the impact were obtained, and also get the relationship between the size of the overall impact, vibration strength, load torque, impact time and impact speed.
