水力旋流器进口欧拉准数的实验研究及其数学模型 被引量:1

摘要 确定旋流器操作参数与结构参数的关系对改善其分离性能是重要的。操作参数主要有进口欧拉准数、进口雷诺准数、压力降以及底流分率。进口欧拉准数能全面体现旋流器的操作特性。通过准确的实验数据在较大尺寸范围内,考察了各种结构尺寸及其他操作参数对进口欧拉准数的影响。拟合确立了进口欧拉准数的最终数学模型。给旋流器的设计、数值模拟提供了准确而可靠的实验依据。 For improving the separation performance of the cyclones, it is essential to determine their relationship between the operating parameters and the structural parameters. Operating parameters mainly include inlet Euler Number( Eui ), inlet Renault number, pressure drop and underflow ratio. Eui can comprehensively reflect operational feature. In wide range of siza, its operating performance is studied through accurate experimental data, and the effects of the various sizes of the structures and other operating parameters are emphasized. Then a final mathematical model of Eui is established and fitted. Thus an accurate and reliable experimental basis for the cyclones design and numerical simulation is provided.
