摘要
为实现某大型袋式除尘器钢支架结构的稳定性优化设计,在有限元数值分析和幂函数回归模型基础上,提出了一种基于幂函数回归模型的结构稳定性优化设计方法(SOD)。通过SOD实现了钢支架满足强度、刚度及稳定性综合性能下的轻量化优化设计。钢支架优化分析结果表明:在保证结构强度、刚度良好、稳定性不变的情况下,其耗钢量降低了10%,而在保证结构强度、刚度良好、耗钢量基本不变的情况下,其稳定系数达到了1.800,提高了18.7%。
To realize the optimal design of the steel bracket stability for large - scale bag filter, a structural stability optimization design method(SOD) based on finite element numerical analysis and power function regression model is put forward. By this method , the lightweight optimization design for steel support is realized, which the comprehensive performance, including the structural strength, stiffness and stability. Steel support optimization analysis results show that: both the structural strength and stiffness is satished, and structural stability is unchanged, its steel consumption is reduced by 10% ; both the structural strength and stiffness is satished, and basically steel consumption is unchanged, its stability coefficient reaches 1. 800, or increased by 18.7%.
