摘要
"钝感力"是管理者的重要能力,是企业管理和个人发展的重要"内力"。文中分析了管理者"钝感力"的内涵、特征及影响管理者"钝感力"发挥的各类因素,在此基础上设计出评价管理者"钝感力"的指标体系。基于忍耐力、包容力、专注力、进取心和身体顿感评价准则,将熵权法和AHP法相结合,确定了指标的权重,建立了管理者"钝感力"的熵AHP评价模型,对管理者"钝感力"进行综合评价。最后通过一个算例计算分析,验证了评价模型的有效性及实用性。
The power of insensitivity is a kind of important abilities of managers and the significant internal force for enterprise man- agement and personal development. Based on the analysis on connotations and characteristics about manager' s power of insensitivity and various factors affecting manager' s power of insensitivity, the indicator system for the evaluation of manager' s power of insensitivity is designed. By using the entropy method and the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), this paper construets an evaluation model based on entropy and AHP about manager' s power of insensitivity from the evaluation criterion of endurance, tolerance, concentration, initiative and insensitivity. Also, an example is evaluated and analyzed to verify the validity and usefulness of the evaluation model above.
