摘要
改革开放以来,江西大量的人才流失到长珠闽地区,随着江西本土经济的纵深发展,把他们吸引回家乡投资创业,或投身现有民营企业共同发展,显得尤为必要。实施"面向长珠闽"的人才策略,吸引外流人才回乡发展是一项系统工程,必须由政府和企业来共同努力完成,这也是江西民营企业人才策略的必然选择。
Since the reform and opening up, a lot of Jiangxi talents have been drained to Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta and Southeast Fujian Economic Zone. Along with the further development of Jiangxi economy, it is necessary to attract them back to hometown to invest and start an undertaking, or join the existing private enterprises for joint development. It is a systematic engineering to implement the talent strategy orienting to Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta and Southeast Fujian Economic Zone to attract drained talent back to Jiangxi, which could be accomplished by common efforts of government and enterprises. Therefore, it is also an inevitable choice of talent strategy for Jiangxi private enterprises.
