摘要
实验采用涂覆-热处理法制备了4种硅橡胶膜滴状冷凝强化传热管。其中白炭黑-硅橡胶强化传热管的表面水接触角为137.19°,其冷凝传热系数比相应的膜状冷凝提高了3.1~3.3倍,表面温差大约是相应膜状冷凝的1.3~1.4倍。
In the experiment,the four enhanced heat transfer tubes from silicone rubber membrane dropwise condensation were prepared with coating-heat treating method,of them,the condensation heat transfer coefficient of the tube from white carbon black-silicone rubber and with a surface water’s contact angle of 137.19° was increased 3.1~3.3 times the coefficient of the corresponding filmwise condensation,and its surface temperature difference is about 1.3~1.4 times the corresponding filmwise condensation.
