摘要
设计了不同工况下的板式蒸发器MVR系统,并由此对板式蒸发器MVR系统进行分析研究。针对该系统进行热力过程分析,提出在板式蒸发器MVR系统中宜采用喷水消除再压缩蒸汽过热度,同时分析了该系统的漏热平衡特性,并从能效角度说明使用板式蒸发器的必要性,为板式蒸发器MVR系统的研发和高效应用指明了方向。
The plate evaporator’s mechanical vapor regression(MVR) system for different working conditions was designed and its thermodynamic process was analyzed.Injecting water to eliminate recompression steam superheat was proposed for the plate MVR system.Analyzing the thermal leakage equilibrium property and the necessity of employing the plate evaporator can clearly show the direction of the plate evaporator MVR system’s development and efficient application.
