摘要
针对同一叶轮、不同导叶形式的潜水式贯流泵进行了数值计算,分析各导叶形式对贯流泵水力性能的影响,对不同导叶形式的贯流泵流场流动进行了分析,并提出3种贯流泵结构的优化设计方案,得出在导叶出口处接一小段扩散管能够达到收集能量的目的,贯流泵装置的性能有明显的提高。
Numerically calculating submersible tubular pump which boasts the same impeller and different guide vanes was implemented,and the effect of each guide vane on tubular pump’s hydraulic performance was analyzed.The three optimal designs were proposed so that collecting the energy by connecting a short diffusion tube to the guide vane’s outlet can be realized,including the obvious promotion of tubular pump performance.
