摘要
目的探讨大学生在就业问题中的自信程度对其择业效能感的预测作用,以期能针对目前大学生就业状况提供指导性的意见。方法采用择业效能感问卷和青年学生自信问卷对湖北省某高校280名大学本科生进行问卷调查。结果①男生在职业信息收集维度分高于女生(t=2.894,P<0.01)。②择业效能感总分与自信总分及其5维度之间呈显著正相关,自信水平越高,择业效能感越高(P<0.01)。③自信水平对择业效能感有显著的预测作用:才智自信、应对自信对自我认知有显著的预测作用(t=2.339,2.152,P<0.01);才智自信和应对自信对目标有显著预测作用(t=3.768,2.475,均P<0.01)。结论大学生在择业效能感上存在一定的缺失;自信水平对择业效能感有显著的预测作用:成就自信、才智自信、应对自信的提高对于提高大学生的择业效能感有很好的作用。
[ Objective ] To explore the predictive effect of self-confidence of undergraduates on career decision-making self-efficacy (CDMSE) in job hunting, so as to provide guidance views for their career decision-making. [Methods] With careers efficacy questionnaire and self-confidence questionnaire, 280 college students in Hubei University were surveyed. [ Results ] (1)The score of occupational information accumulation of male students was higher than that of female students ( t = 2. 894 ,P 〈 0.01 ). (2) The total score of CDMSE and confidence score showed significantly positive correlation, as well as their 5 dimensions, CDMSE increased with the higher confidence levels(P 〈 0.01 ). (3) Self-confidence level played important role in CDMSE prediction; intellect confi- dence and copying confidence plays significant role in the prediction of self-perception( t = 2. 339,2. 152 ,P 〈 0.01 ) ; intellect con- fidence and copying confidence also plays significant role in the prediction of goal ( t = 3. 768, 2. 475, all P 〈 0.01 ). [ Conclusion ] There is a certain lack of CDMSE among undergraduates. Self-confidence can significantly predict CDMSE: achievement confi- dence, intellect confidence and coping confidence can improve CDMSE of undergraduates.
