尿中锰含量的过硫酸铵消化-火焰原子吸收分光光度测定法

摘要 目的探讨过硫酸铵消化-火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定尿中锰含量的方法。方法尿样经过硫酸铵溶液99℃、45 min消化后,直接用火焰原子吸收分光光度计进行尿中锰含量测定。结果方法检出限为0.010 mg/L,在0~0.50mg/L锰浓度范围内该方法线性良好,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.93%~3.96%,加标回收率95.0%~103.2%。结论该法操作简便、快捷,适于基层实验室开展尿中锰含量的测定或调查。 [Objective]To explore the method for manganese (Mn) determination in urine by ammonium persulfate digestion- FFAAS. [ Methods] Urine samples with ammonium persulfate solution were put into in a digestion instrument in 99 ℃ 45 min, and then the samples were determined by FFAAS. [ Results] The detection limit of the method was 0. 010 mg/L, with Mn concentration ranging from 0- 0. 50 mg/L, the method showed good linearity,RSD was 2.93% -3.96%, and the recoveries were 95.0% -103. 2%. [ Conclusion] This method is simple and rapidly, and suitable for the grass-roots level to carry out laboratory investigations of urine, or the determination of manganese.
