布鲁杆菌病合并发热伴血小板减少综合征1例报告

Co-infection of Brucellosis and fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome: report of one case

目的了解1例布鲁杆菌病(布病)和发热伴血小板减少综合征混合发病情况。方法采用现场流行病学的方法开展调查;采集血标本进行实验室检查。结果患者发病前2个月曾贩运羊粪。实验室检测结果布病虎红平板试验阳性,玻片凝集试验(SAT)滴度为1∶200;新布尼亚病毒抗体IgG阳性。结论该患者为布病和发热伴血小板减少综合征混合感染病例。医疗机构应加强监测。

[ Objective ] To know the case with co-infection of Brucellosis and fever with thmmbocytopenia syndrome. [ Methods ] The field epidemiological method was conducted in survey, and the laboratory examination was applied in blood specimens. [ Results ] The patient have trafficked the sheep dung two months before the onset. The laboratory examination showed that the blood specimens were positive in Brucellosis Rose-Bengal plate test, the titer of slide agglutination test （SAT） was 1 ： 200, and the New Bunia virus antibody IgG was positive. [ Conclusion] This is a case of co-infection of Brucellosis and fever with thmmbocytopenia syndrome. The medical institutions should strengthen the surveillance.
