摘要
副溶血性弧菌是引起细菌性食物中毒的主要致病菌,严重影响着公众健康,该菌包含多种血清型和不同的分子型别,不同的型别其引起食物中毒的概率和流行的频率有很大的差异。在我国公开发表的文献中,有许多副溶血性弧菌引起食物中毒的检测报道和研究,但对于其血清型和毒力基因的研究局限于某个省份或地区,缺乏全国性的总结。本文将全面检索国内的文献数据库,从我国副溶血性弧菌食物中毒地区分布、分离株的血清型、分子型别、毒力基因及大流行菌群方面对我国近年来的研究现状作一综述。
Vibrio parahaemolyticus is one of major pathogens which can cause bacterial food poisoning and threaten public health. It has many serotypes and molecular types, and different types may cause food poisoning in different frequency and probability. There are many reports and researches on V. parahaemolyticus serotypes and virulence genes, but these published literatures are confined to a province or territory, and lack of a national summary. This paper fully searches the domestic literatures, so as to review the re- search situation of endemic distribution of food poisoning caused by V. parahaemolyticus, serotypes, molecular types and virulence genes of isolated strains, as well as the pandemic strains.
