摘要
本文介绍了一个基于人工神经网络的磨削弧区温度在线监测、预报系统。给出了监测系统的组成及测温方案 ,并提出了一种更适宜进行动态预报的改进型BP网络作为磨削温度的预报模型。工艺实验证明 ,该系统能够较好地实现磨削温度的在线监测与预报。
This paper introduces an on line monitoring & forecasting system based on artificial neural network. The structure of on line monitoring system, the method of temperature measurement and the detailed monitoringprocess are presented in the paper. In order to monitor and forecast grinding temperature dynamicly, the improved BP network is designed as temperature forecasting model. It is proved by technological experiments that the monitoring system can well realize on line monitoring and forecasting for grinding temperature.
