Analysis of Fire Fighting Design Features of COREX Iron-making Project

目前国内2座COREX-3000炼铁项目已在上海浦钢投产运行,在COREX-3000炼铁项目中,有包括室内、室外低压消防、临时高压系统消防、细水雾消防、二氧化碳灭火消防等多种消防并存,在钢铁企业中具有较典型的代表性。介绍了涉及到COREX炉工程的各消防系统的特点,并就各自动消防系统的控制进行了说明。

In present, two sets of COREX-3000 iron-making project have come into operation in Shanghai Iron and Steel Co. There are many fire COREX-3000 iron-making project, including inside and outdoor fighting facilities in the low-pressure fire fighting systems, temporary high-pressure fire fighting system, water mist fire fighting system and carbon dioxide extinguisher. The fire fighting facilities have typical representativeness in the iron and steel enterprises. The characteristics involving all fire fighting systems of the COREX- 3000 iron-making project are introduced. The automatic control of the fire fighting systems is explained.
