摘要 介绍了BPRT的技术进步与节能情况。在高炉煤气透平通过变速离合器直接驱动电动鼓风机,改进电动鼓风机性能,当高炉正常生产时,鼓风机不会由防喘阀放风。优化安全机制方便了BPRT试车。BPRT投运后,吨铁鼓风耗电降至42 kW.h。 The technological progress and energy saving of BPRT (blast furnace power recovery turbine) are introduced. The blast furnace gas turbine directly drives the electric blower by means of a variable speed clutch. The performance of the electric blower has been improved. When the blast furnace runs normally, the blower does not exhaust through the anti-surging valve. The safety control has been optimized. The trial run of BPRT is convenient. The power consumption for blast per ton of iron drops to 42 kW*h after commissioning of the RPRT
