叙述了塑料给、排水S型P弯管的成型工艺及模具结构 ,模具采用液压抽芯 ,型芯采用镶拼结构 ,模具结构紧凑、合理。

The technological process for moulding the PVC plastic crooked feeding and draining pipes and the mould structure were introduced. The mould was adopted hydraulic core_pulling system and the core was adopted the inserting and splicing structure. The compact and reasonable mould structure made the quality of the plastic crooked pipes produced stable and reliable.
