球形件防内皱临界拉深力的研究

Investigation for Critical Side-Wall Wrinkle Drawing Fovce of the Sphere-Shaped Workpiece

用实验方法研究了球形件及椭球形件拉深成形中内皱与拉深力间的关系，获得了球形件临界拉深力和合理压迫力曲线，并讨论了工件尺寸对拉深力函数计算精度的影响。

Based on experiment research, the relation betweendrawing force and side-wall wrinkling (internal wrinkles) ofthe sphere-shaped work-piece forming is investigated. Thecritical drawing force and the reasonable blank holding forcecurves of sphere-shaped work-piece are obtained. And the effect of part size upon the precision of the critical drawing forceformulas is discussed.
