摘要
目的探讨显微血管减压术治疗三叉神经痛的方法和经验。方法217例原发性三叉神经痛患者行微血管减压术,所有病例均发现三叉神经入脑干区血管压迫神经,将血管与神经根分离,在其间置入Teflon棉片。结果211例患者术后疼痛消失;3例患者术后疼痛略减轻,仍感疼痛;3例患者术后1年复发。所有病例无严重并发症。结论微血管减压术是治疗三叉神经痛的安全、有效方法;内镜辅助手术可提高手术治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the methods and skills of microvascular decompression for trigeminal neuralgia. Methods A total of 217 patients with idiopathic trigeminal neuralgia underwent mi- crovaseular decompression, and roots of nerve were found to be compressed by vessel at root entry zone in all cases. All compressions were relieved by interposing Teflon sponge between roots and offending vessels. Results The pain was completely relieved in 211 patient postoperatively, slightly relieved in 3, and re- curred in 3 after 1 year. No serious complications occurred in any case. Conclusion Microvascnlar decompression is a safe and effective operation for trigeminal neuralgia, and endoscope-assisted operation can improve the surgery outcomes.
