摘要
目的:统计分析我院中药注射剂的使用情况及其不良反应,探讨用药特点和趋势,为促进医院临床合理用药提供参考。方法:对我院2008~2011年中药注射剂用药信息进行统计分析,比较用药金额、用药品种、用药频度(DDDs)和药品限定日费用(DDC)等。结果:4年来,我院中药注射剂销售金额在2009年大幅下降,后又呈上升趋势;活血类中药注射剂在我院占有较大的份额;品种数逐年下降,DDDs呈下降趋势,DDC逐年上升。结论:我院中药注射剂的应用在一定程度上较为合理。医院认真落实卫生部等《关于进一步加强中药注射剂生产和临床使用管理的通知》,高度重视中药注射剂的安全性,对其使用实行动态监测和预警,并加强ADR监测,及时调整中药注射剂的品种。但在临床掌握适应证和有效性、经济性评价上有待加强。
Objective:To analyze the utilization and the adverse drug reactions (ADR) of Chinese herbal injections in our hospital and explore the characteristics and tendency of the drug use for references of clinical rational use of Chinese herbal injections. Methods: The utilization data of Chinese herbal injections were reviewed in our hospital during 2008-2011 period and statistically analyzed with regard to the consumption sum, drug categories, DDDs and defined daily cost(DDC) etc. Results: From 2008 to 2011, the consumption sum of Chinese herbal injections fell sharply in 2009 as compared with 2008 but showed an upward trend ever since 2010. The Chinese herbal injections promoting circulation and removing stasis took the lead in terms of the numbers of categories,consumption sum and DDDs. The numbers of categories and DDDs of Chinese herbal injections decreased year by year, but DDC increased year by year. Conclusion: The use of Chinese herbal injections in our hospital was comparatively reasonable. The notice in further strengthening management of the production and clinical use of Chinese herbal injections issued by the Ministry of Public Health were well implemented in our hospital. The hospital paid high attention to the the safety of Chinese herbal injections , took a dynamic monitoring and an early warning in its use, and strengthened the ADR monitoring. The categories of Chinese herbal injections were timely adjusted. But adaption, effectiveness and economic evaluation of Chinese herbal injections should be strengthened.
