摘要
回波损耗是同轴电缆最重要的性能指标之一。以SYWV-75-9电缆生产中回波损耗出现缺陷峰问题为切入点,指出生产设备所包含的圆形传动部件(导轮)是产生周期性回波损耗缺陷峰的主要原因,详细分析了回波损耗缺陷峰的形成原因,并对相关辅助牵引装置进行了局部改进。通过一段时间的跟踪验证,效果比较明显,电缆的回波损耗缺陷峰已被消除。
Return loss(RL) is one of the main performance specifications for coaxial cable. Starting from the problem that the defect peaks of RL occurs during production of SYWV-75-9 cable, it is pointed out that the round transmission parts equipped in the machine is the main cause leading to the periodical defect peaks of RL. The causes of forming defect peak values of RL are analyzed in detail, and local improvement for relative auxiliary traction device is carried out. It is proved through traction verification for a period that the defect peaks of RL have been eliminated, showing obvious effects.
