农村社区是在自然村的基础上发展而来,承载原有乡村的地域和社会属性;它也被赋予时代的烙印,是市场属性折射出来的社区社会化。通过追溯梳理我国乡村发展的历程,说明不同阶段社区的特点,并从理论上透析我国社区建设。社区建设的发展方向是趋向于理性和法治,要求国家、社会与个人的互动关系,走向一种合作网络治理模式。

By combing the course of the China＇s rural development is to elaborate the trait of the different community stage, and by analyzing our country building theoretically admits that community will go to rationality and the rule of law ,asking for the interactive relation between the country, society and individual toward a cooperative network governance model.
