摘要
教学境界,是指教师从事理论教学或实践教学所要达到的程度或状态,它表征着教师教育理论修养和师德修养的水平。高校思想政治理论课教学要达到"化理论为德性"、"化理论为方法"、"化理论为素质"及"化理论为能力"的"四化"教学境界。只有将理论转化为学生的德性、方法、素质和能力,才能真正体现"育人为本、德育为先、能力为重、全面发展"的教育理念,才能真正促进大学生的全面健康地发展。实践教学是实现高校思想政治理论课教学境界的有效机制。
