本文探讨如何利用委托代理机制，实现敏捷制造环境下虚拟企业的动态联盟。在敏捷制造环境下，作为委托方的各个企业都有自己的专业特长，代理方的主要工作是建立一套完善的考核和检测标准，尽可能全面地搜集盟友企业信息。在需要组建虚拟公司时，委托方依靠优秀的代理在大量待选对象中找到合适的盟友，解决联盟中可能出现的道德和法律问题，由此使得各自将精力集中在自己擅长的方面。

This paper is presented how to apply the Principal－ Agent mechanism to actualize the dynamic union of virtual enterprises in the agile manufacturing environment. It is considered that as the principal, every enterprise has its own specialty. The agent’ s duty here is designed to get more and more enterprise’ s information. And they must setup a series standard to test and assess those enterprises. The principal can establish a virtual enterprise in a short time by the agent's help. As a result, the principal can do what they are skilled in, while the agent solves the problems such as in law or in moral.
