摘要
探讨了曲面三坐标数控加工程序开发的基本方法和步骤。推导出刀位数据的计算公式,给出约束检验、自干涉检验等常遇问题的处理方法。实现截平面法、参数线法和投影法等刀路规划方式的程序编制,给出了应用实例。
This paper discusses the basic programming methods and steps of 3- axis NC machining of surfaces. It presents the formulae for computing the cutter location data, and introduces the approaches to deal with inspection of constraints and self- interference. The programming for some tool path planning methods, including sectioning method, isoparametric method and projecting method, is implemented. Finally some applications are illustrated.
