摘要
通过试验确定了低成本镀锌前清洗剂的成分及含量。该清洗剂在正常使用条件下,清洗能力达到99%以上。在满足武钢镀锌生产线的工艺要求条件下,随着使用温度、浓度、清洗时间的减少,清洗能力略有下降,但是仍满足标准的要求。
According to orthogonal test data, the composition and content ot low-coat cleaning agent for zinc coat were designed. Cleaning capability of the cleaning agent was more than 99% in regular using condition, and decline a little with temperature, con- centration, and cleaning time decreasing, which also attain to industry standard and the zinc plating productive technology of WISCO.
