摘要
武钢四烧脱硫需要把液氨稀释成质量分数20%的氨水做脱硫剂储存备用。氨是二类有毒气体,属危险化学品,所以液氨稀释工作的安全性至关重要。液氨稀释工作在调试时存在一定安全隐患,后通过对软水压力的调控,对操作程序及运行参数的总结以及增加程序安全连锁保护功能,确保液氨稀释工作的安全。
In the desulfurization process in No. 4 be diluted into amonia water with a concentatin Sintering Plant the liquid amonia has to of 20% mass fraction and stored up as the backup of desulfurizer. As amoniais is second grade poison gas and hazardous chemi- cals the safety is critical important in the process of dilution of the liquid amonia. Hid- den danger exists in the course of adjustment on the liquid amonia dilution. By way of control and adjustment of the pressure of the soft water and timely check on the opera- tion instructions and addition of a program safety interlocking protection function the safety of the liquid amonia dilution work can be ensured.
