连退机组步进梁升降缸漏油长期困扰着连续机组的正常运行。通过对其漏油原因进行分析,提出改造方案并加以实施,解决了步进梁升降缸漏油问题。

Oil leak of the lifting cylinder of the walking heam of the continuous annealing line is a difficulty longly affecting the normal running of the line. By analysis on the origin of the oil leakage a set of solution plans are put forward and implemented and as the results the oil leakage problem is solved.
