摘要
本文介绍一种非接触式检测大直径 (94—2 2 6mm)回转体工件的直径误差的双路激光扫描检测仪的工作原理及总体构成。该仪器采用双路激光扫描检测新技术 ,通过电子学理论及单片机技术进行误差分离和数据处理 。
A high precision non contact inspector has been developed, in which the double passage laser scanning technology is used to inspect the diameter errors of cylindrical work piece with large diameter(φ94-φ226mm). To obtain the precise measurement, the monolithic computer technology is used to analyse the measured errors and to process the measured data.The working principle and composition of the inspector are expounded.
