自我效能感对中学生学业成就的影响分析 被引量:4

摘要 自我效能感是人们对自己活动效能的判断,它对中学生的学业成就有重要影响。主要体现在学生对学习目标的选择、学习动机的强弱、对待学习困难的态度与行为、对学习结果的认知与归因等方面。教师在教育教学工作中应采取相应的教学策略,促进学生自我效能感积极发展。如帮助中学生确立适当的学习目标,强化成功体验;指导中学生对成败进行积极的归因,养成科学的思维方式;为中学生提供良好的榜样,在比较中不断提高自我效能。
