摘要
本文介绍了加工工件振幅检测系统的组成和工作原理 。
In this paper one system′s compose and the working theory were introduced. The name of the system was called supersonic wave`s vibration range measurement system.In addition ,there is the working theory of sensor integration appliance.There was much knowledge about integrated circuit, which are about our measurement system.The system had been researched and manufactured.
