摘要 目的:探索用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定黄芪注射液中的铅、砷、铜、镉、汞的含量。方法:微波消解后的黄芪注射液,加入钪、铟、锗、铋等内标元素,以茶叶作为质控标准物质,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定样品中铅、砷、铜、镉、汞的含量。结果:标准曲线相关系数r>0.997,回收率为92.6%~100.5%,RSD<2.9%。结论:本方法准确迅速,操作性强,干扰少,可以用于测定黄芪注射液中重金属元素的含量。 Objective: To establish the quantitative determination method for Pb, As, Cu, Cd and Hg in Astragalus mongholicus injections by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) with microwave digestion. Method: The samples digested by microwave, calibrated by internal standard elements ( Sc, In, Ge and Bi) and with tea leaves as the controlled reference standard were inlet into ICP-MS to analyze the contents of Pb, As, Cu, Cd and Hg. Result: The correlative coefficients of the standard curves were all above 0.997 with the recovery of 92.6%-100.5% and RSD below 2.9%. Conclusion: The method is accurate and fast with little interference, and suitable for the determination of heavy metal elements in Astragalus mongholicus injections.
