心舒丸质量标准研究

Study on Quality Standard of Xinshu Pills

目的:建立心舒丸的质量标准。方法:采用气相色谱法测定冰片中龙脑的含量;采用高效液相色谱法测定丹参中丹酚酸B的含量。结果:龙脑在0.100 3～5.015 0μg范围内呈良好线性关系,平均回收率99.1%,RSD=1.2%(n=6);丹酚酸B在0.090 8～1.816μg范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率97.5%,RSD=1.4%(n=6)。结论:该方法重复性、准确性良好,可作为标准用于心舒丸质量的控制。

Objective： To establish a quality standard of Xinshu pills. Method： The content of borneolum in bornel was deter-mined by GC. The content of salvianolic acid B in salvia miltiorrhiza was determined by HPLC. Result ： Borneolum showed a linear re-lationship within the range of 0. 100 3-5. 015 0 μg, and the average recovery of ecdysterone was 99.1% （ RSD = 1.2% , n = 6 ）. Salvi-anolic acid B showed a linear relationship within the range of 0.090 8-1. 816 μg, and the average recovery of ecdysterone was 97.5% （ RSD = 1.4% , n= 6）. Conclusion： The method is accurate with good reproducibility, and suitable for the quality control of Xinshu pills.
